Management of our funds

Our ambition is to create long-term returns for our customers and to always be value-adding in our business with sustainability as a natural part of all investment processes. This section describes the different types of funds we offer and how they are managed.

How the management of our funds works

Active equity funds

Most of our actively managed equity funds are based on fundamental management, but we also have a few funds that have a quantitative management method where the selection is rule-based and systematic.

Indexed funds

Our index-linked funds are managed on the basis of a quantitative management method. This means that the funds have a rule-based and systematic selection methodology in which investments are selected based on mathematical models and statistical correlations.

Fixed income funds

Our fixed income funds have an active investment strategy based on the manager’s forecast of interest rate developments in relation to market pricing. Our corporate bond funds focus on company selection, as well as sector, region and theme analysis.

Mixed funds

Most of our mixed funds are actively managed and invest either directly in securities or in other funds. In the investment strategy, allocation between assets, sustainability, sector and region analysis are important elements.

Generation funds

Generation funds are a type of mixed fund where the share of equities decreases as retirement approaches. Our actively managed Generation Funds, Transfer, are managed on the basis of a quantitative method where the selection is rule-based and systematic.

Sustainability in management processes

  • We select sustainable holdings.
