To ensure that risks and irregularities in our operations are detected and remedied as quickly as possible, Swedbank Robur has a whistleblowing procedure. Learn how to report your concerns.

Immediately detecting and addressing risks and other irregularities in our operations is important. Therefore, Swedbank Robur has internal procedures for our employees and other stakeholders outside our business to be able to openly or anonymously report suspected potential or actual misconduct that is not in line with our values, internal rules or ethical norms.

What can be reported?

If you suspect risks or other irregularities in Swedbank Robur, we encourage you to report your suspicions via our whistleblowing function. You do not need to have proof of your suspicion, but all reports should be made in good faith.

Customer complaints and individual disputes should not be reported via our whistleblowing function.

Submitting a report (whistleblowing)

You can choose to report your concerns openly or anonymously. We would like you to report openly by providing your name and contact details. All reports and notifications will be treated strictly confidentially, and the investigation will be handled with the utmost care and consideration for your privacy.

You are not at risk of negative discrimination or retaliation because of your reporting.

External reporting

We encourage you to report your suspicions via Robur’s whistleblower function, but reports of suspected breaches of financial market rules can also be sent to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and breaches of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
