Swedbank Robur Alternative Equity I invests in Ageras A/S
Swedbank Robur Alternative Equity I invests MEUR 9 in Ageras A/S, together with new and existing owners and with the main owner Investcorp.
Ageras was founded in 2012 by Rico Andersen and Martin Hegelund. Today, Ageras offers a comprehensive software suite designed to simplify the lives of small business owners, providing invoicing, accounting, taxation, payroll and financial services in an all-in-one solution with real-time information.
- We are happy to invest in Ageras and support the founders of the company, management and main owner Investcorp. The company has grown rapidly, both organically and through acquisitions, and attracted more than 300,000 customers in several European markets. Ageras supports small businesses and redefines what administration is, with integrated banking, accounting and tax, all in one platform. This is the sixth investment by Swedbank Robur Alternative Equity so far and the first in Denmark, says Patrik Westerberg, Senior Portfolio Manager, Swedbank Robur Alternative Equity I.
